Malaysian Student Leader's Summit

Marking its 20th anniversary under the theme Manuskrip Malaysia: An Enduring Charter, MSLS XX introduces a two-day format combining traditional national discourse panels with an inaugural global student leaders' roundtable.
Overview
Institutional Standing and Purpose
The Malaysian Student Leaders’ Summit (MSLS) is UKEC’s premier flagship conference, gathering over 1,000 student delegates annually in Kuala Lumpur. The summit serves as a non-partisan engagement platform connecting Malaysian youth leaders with key decision-makers across government, enterprise, academia, and civil society to address structural national priorities.
20th Anniversary Edition and Theme
Celebrating two decades of dialogue, MSLS XX convenes under the central theme Manuskrip Malaysia: An Enduring Charter. The milestone framework is designed to facilitate both critical assessment and strategic reflection on the evolving national narrative and institutional charters shaping Malaysia's trajectory.
Expanded Summit Structure
Day 1: Discourse and Policy Panels
The opening day maintains the summit's traditional plenary structure, featuring comprehensive keynote addresses, multisector panel debates, and focused breakout sessions addressing immediate civic and economic challenges.
Day 2: Global Student Leaders' Roundtable
Commemorating UKEC’s foundational mandate of regional cross-council integration, the second day expands the summit's geographical purview. The program convenes overseas and domestic student leadership bodies worldwide for a closed-door roundtable to evaluate shared student welfare issues and collective youth advocacy.
