UKEChill

Scheduled for December 2026 and March 2027, these are physical gatherings that run concurrently with the UKECelebrate and are designed as relaxed, informal bonding sessions that help council members build genuine friendships before collaborating on major flagship events.

The timing of these chill sessions strategically precedes flagship events, ensuring that team members are comfortable with one another and have established working relationships, thereby improving collaboration and reducing potential conflicts during high-pressure event planning.

UKEChill aims to bring forth different themes such as game nights, gift exchanges and sports activities so that council members will be able to connect through special as well as meaningful ways. 

UKEChill is projected to take place in London for the tenure 2026/2027.
