Overview
The Malaysian Career Fair (TMCF) 2026, organised in partnership between UKEC and GRADUAN, stands as UKEC’s largest flagship event. Now entering its 22nd edition, TMCF will be held on 11–12 April 2026 at the Royal Lancaster London, continuing a long-standing tradition of connecting Malaysian students abroad with leading employers from Malaysia’s top industries.
This initiative reflects UKEC’s mission to connect Malaysian talent with opportunities to contribute locally, empowering students in the UK and Ireland to shape meaningful careers in Malaysia. TMCF brings together corporate leaders, recruiters, and professionals under one roof, fostering purposeful networking and direct engagement between students and employers.
Event Structure
Day 1: Corporate Networking
An exclusive, invitation-only event for the Top 100 CVs shortlisted by GRADUAN. Participants engage directly with company representatives through curated networking activities.
Day 2: Career Fair
Participating companies set up exhibition booths to engage with students, review CV submissions, and discuss potential career pathways. In parallel, sponsor engagement sessions run in a dedicated hall, granting sponsors direct access to targeted student groups.
Day 3: Interview Day
Participating companies conduct on-site interviews with candidates pre-screened from the pre-event CV bank. A virtual queueing system manages candidate flow to ensure a seamless, efficient process for both employers and students.
