Taking place midway through the tenure, the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) serves as an important checkpoint for UKEC to reflect on its progress, assess the implementation of ongoing initiatives, and address key challenges that have emerged throughout the year.
Governance and Leadership Succession
Similar to the AGM, the OGM provides a structured platform for the Supreme Council (SC) to deliberate on constitutional amendments and wider governance matters, ensuring that UKEC remains accountable and responsive throughout its tenure. The OGM also plays a significant role in leadership succession, serving as the election period for candidates seeking to form the next Shadow Council and take UKEC forward into its next chapter.
