The Annual General Meeting (AGM) serves as UKEC’s governance cornerstone to review organisational performance, deliberate constitutional amendments, and execute formal leadership transitions.
UKEC Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Governance and Institutional Review
Serving as a central pillar of UKEC’s governance structure, the AGM convenes the Supreme Council and general body to evaluate institutional performance across the preceding fiscal year and establish strategic organizational priorities.
Constitutional Review and Framework Adaptation
A core function of the assembly is the presentation, debate, and formal voting on proposed constitutional amendments, updating the governing framework to align with organizational requirements and student community interests.
Formal Leadership Succession
The AGM serves as the official transition mechanism where the outgoing Executive Committee transfers institutional leadership to the incoming Shadow Council, ensuring governance continuity while executing strategic succession.
